Ah-hoc trips

We need to know all about you. All we do is private and tailor made so the more we know about your needs, wishes and expectations the better. This way we can come up with the best tailor made travel for you. We will send you an easy questionnaire to find out your preference, hobbies, your likes, dislikes or any special events to celebrate meanwhile you are in Spain

Prices for the trip

Please note that our costs are only informative as all services have to be confirmed at the time of the booking. Offers are valid up to 10 days from the date they are sent and they may suffer modifications. Hotel availability, transport and prices cannot be guaranteed until booked and may not be fully protected at the time of the offer. Some hotel rates fluctuate almost every day. We always suggest booking the sooner the better.

Last minute,

We are pleased to satisfy all your requests but please note any services confirmed less than 10 days prior to arrival date in Spain may require some flexibility on the dates, times and activities of the proposal.

Restaurant bookings,

Certain restaurants may oblige us to give your credit card details in order to guarantee your table. Also in case of cancellation some restaurants may apply a penalty. In both cases we will let you know when this happens and ask for your permission before booking.

How to book our services,

Unless otherwise specified, 30% of total cost of the trip is requested as pre-booking in order to secure and confirm your trip. All services and itineraries, unless otherwise advised, should be prepaid fully 30 days before arrival. If bookings are made within 30 days of departure, full payment must be received immediately to secure and confirm a booking.

Occasionally, full payment for a service such as your flights or other transport services may be required at the time of booking 30 days before your trip. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer or paypall. Please note that Panchakarma travels does not charge any supplement for bank transfers or paypal payments.

Itinerary Documentation,

You will receive, via email, 10 days prior to your arrival in Spain the Final Itinerary Documentation with all the details and contact information along with other useful information for your trip.

In case you ever need something, you will be always assisted by us; a schedule change, a hotel upgrade, a restaurant reservation or an extra activity, service or transfer. We are more than happy to help you have your best holidays.
